Big hill run. I felt like this 4 milie run was neverending. Tired, SOB, and hungry. I guess it helps to eat something prior to morning run besides I was not able to sleep until around 3am. Too much on my mind. But positives; I woke up 7am, ran my 4 miles, finished strong just in time to start my on call shift for work. More positives, I have only had one call today. And I'm ready for my 7 miler tomorrow.

I got Bart Yasso's race plan on runners world magazine.  Today I started. Easy miles to get back on track after a 2 week vacation that involved no running just dancing lol.
